Old Berwick Historical Society archivist John Demos tells the story of two neighboring families who settled in 17th-century (old) Bewick. Walk the rustic Piscataqua River site on the modern Eliot and South Berwick line. Enjoy a spring-time stroll while learning about the Indigenous Peoples and settler interactions and conflicts of the time, in a land of seemingly inexhaustible resources. Presented through a partnership of Old Berwick Historical Society and Great Works Regional Land Trust. Limited to 10 people per hike and reservations are required. Masks required.
